A luxury day out just for you...

Nature's Way Experiments

Hi Girls,

I am so very excited, I have been researching and experimenting with natural health care and the results have been fantastic.  Little did I realise that most of the expensive, moderns brands that I use have a high cancer risk - no wonder there is so much cancer in the world today!  Find your products on the EW website and see all the nasties that we tolerate these days.

Nature's Way is going to be a book where I expose many things that we have been ignorant to and it will also cover some lovely homemade recipes that we can use to replace our shop bought, chemically infested, products.  It's going to be an exciting journey together and I would love you to join me in testing these recipes.  If you would like to get involved and report your findings on each recipe, please sign up below.

In the meantime let me know anything good or bad that you have come across in your health and beauty routine.

Love
Angela

  1. Hi Angela,

I came across your blog while doing some research for a friend who's interested in no 'pooing. I have 2 beauty tips to share.
    1. Shea Butter - I got a gift card for a high end make up store in California. I bought this really amazing organic facial moisturizer for $45 (which is 5x more than I've ever spent). One day I got wise & read the ingredients or should I say ingredient. It's 100% shea butter. I looked online & found the exact same thing I bought for $45 listed for $8! Since then I have used shea butter for anything that needs moisturized! It is amazing on your skin. It's lighter than the other oils I've used (coconut & olive), absorbs quicker & lasts just as long. You can also add essential oils to it if you'd like. When it's time for a hair cut & my ends get dry I rub a dab of shea butter between my palms & smooth it into my hair. It takes about 10 minutes to absorb but after that it's wonderful. My husband has really dry hands (he's a carpenter) & hates using olive oil because it makes his hands feel oily but the shea butter is wonderful for him.
    2. Cinnamon in the ACV/water no 'poo conditioner. I put a stick of cinnamon with the conditioner & let it sit in a tupperware for a few days. Then I use a mesh strainer to strain the conditioner into the spray bottle. I use the same cinnamon stick for several batches. With each batch the cinnamon has to sit longer in the conditioner. This gives a nice scent to your hair but it's not necessary. If you're mixture is right your hair should not smell like vinegar if you don't use the cinnamon.
